By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our mobile window tinting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Service Description

Stealth Shades provides professional mobile window tinting services for vehicles. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Automotive window tinting using premium films
• Chameleon and specialty tint applications
• Headlight and taillight tinting
• Paint protection film installation
• Mobile service delivery to customer locations

Booking and Appointments

Quote Requests

All quote requests are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle inspection and specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Appointment Scheduling

Service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment (where applicable). We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposits
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% deposit retention
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full deposit retention

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
• Deposits may be required for large or specialty installations
• Outstanding invoices incur late payment charges after 30 days

Warranties and Guarantees

Installation Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty on our installation workmanship. Warranty periods vary by service type and will be specified at the time of booking.

Material Warranty

Window tint films are covered by manufacturer warranties ranging from 5 years to lifetime coverage, depending on the product selected. Warranty terms will be provided with your service documentation.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents, vandalism, or intentional damage
• Improper cleaning with abrasive materials
• Modifications to windows or removal by third parties
• Normal wear and tear beyond warranty period
• Acts of nature (hail, storms, flooding)

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information and requirements
• Ensure vehicle is clean and accessible for service
• Provide safe and suitable location for mobile service
• Be present during service appointment or provide authorized representative
• Follow post-installation care instructions provided
• Report any concerns within 24 business hours of service completion

Liability and Insurance

Stealth Shades maintains comprehensive business insurance covering our operations. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicle windows or bodywork
• Damage to electronic components (defrosters, antennas) in rare cases where risk has been disclosed
• Consequential damages arising from service delays
• Personal property left in vehicles during service

Legal Compliance

All window tinting services comply with UK legal requirements. However, customers are responsible for ensuring continued compliance with local regulations, especially if relocating to different jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested tinting would violate legal requirements.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, epidemic, or severe weather conditions.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage customers to contact us directly first. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
